The City of Chattanooga is in the process of improving our invoice-to-pay process. To ensure prompt payment to our valued suppliers, we will be requiring all new registrations to upload a completed ACH Formalong with their completed W9.
If you are an existing supplier, we ask that you create a profile change request in the portal to update your payment from check to ACH.
ALL SUPPLIERS will be required to invoice in the Portal to ensure prompt payment.

We hold weekly virtual sessions on Mondays at 3:30 PM EST, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM EST & Thursdays at 3:00 PM EST.
